Whipped Cream Powder 2.2 LB

Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable oil, Emulsi - (E472a, E471, sodium, casein, stabilizer E340). The product does not contain any pork ingredients.
Recipe: Whipped Cream 2.2 LB; Water or milk 3.3 LB; Weight of Whipped cream 4.4 LB. Stir the powder with cold water (10-15'C) water or milk with the help of a blender for 3-5 min. in the quick cycle.  It is recommended to keep the whipped cream you prepared in the refrigerator for 15 min. prior to use.
Storage: Storage in a cool area (maximum 25'C) and dry area in its package.
