RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order – don’t worry! Returns and exchanges are easy.

You can return or exchange almost everything within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases where Cake Supplies on Sale LLC shipped the wrong item. If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, you will have the option of a replacement or refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.

The items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, food products and food packaged products are not returnable for any reason except in cases where Cake Supplies on Sale LLC shipped the wrong item.

Upon arrival, please check your order for accuracy to ensure that it is correct. Any shipping errors or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Notify us if you receive damaged goods. Please, save your shipping box and packaging, because it needs to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items. Call our customer service number if you want to report damaged goods within 2 days after the package has been delivered.

To return merchandise for a credit or a refund, pre-approval is required so please call our store for a Return Authorization Number. After an authorization is given to you, UPS or USPS will pick up your package in 2 to 3 business days. When we receive the damaged goods, a full refund will be issued on your credit card. If the merchandise is damaged or lost while returning, Cake Supplies On Sale won’t take any responsibility.

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charge to Cakes Supplies On Sale. Undeliverable packages are considered orders with incorrect addresses or orders where carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense. In case you don’t want the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus the shipping charges.

Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information will be needed if you register on our website or you place an order. Cake Supplies On Sale will not sell, rent, or share its customer lists to third parties. Within 30 days after the transaction is completed, your private information will no longer be kept on file.
