Ordering:
We offer the following convenient ways to place your order:

Website – To order online, just add items to your cart and then use our easy checkout process. We accept all four major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Payments, Discover, as well as PayPal. We’ll send you a confirmation email that includes all the details of your order.

Phone – You can place an order by phone during our business hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you call outside of our business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call the next business day. To process your order quickly please have your credit card, shipping information and product numbers ready.

Domestic Shipping:
We generally use UPS, U.S. Postal Services and FedEx. Delivery time usually is 1 to 5 days. There is a map depicting delivery times on the shipping checkout page.

International shipping:
We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service using First Class and Priority International service First Class service is only available up to 4 pounds (1.8kg). Average international delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, days but it can take longer depending on the postal service at your country. USPS First Class International is not a traceable service. Some countries require duties and/or taxes on shipments entering their borders. If you’re concerned about incurring an additional fee, please contact your local postal service to find out if your order will be a subject to these customs fees.
